Tokullectibles actually emailed me about this. Apparently the plan is just for the price of the upcoming release to get dropped $10?

I'm guessing it's an issue with Andrew's likeness. Maybe his team or the licensee didn't approve of it and it became easier to just omit it from the production, instead of wasting more time trying to get it right. That's just my thinking

I'm not sure what it means for people that ordered it from PB Japan through a middleman. I would assume PB Japan takes payment upfront, so that would tell me the middleman who purchased it on my behalf is getting that refund. Hopefully it's not a pain to get that money back. The last thing I want is store credit, because this is a unique case where my ordered is cancelled out of circumstance and not because I decided I didn't want it anymore haha

EDIT: Finally had the chance to go through Hobby-Genki's terms of service, which states a full refund is given if an item is cancelled by the manufacturer
