Best guess: Neon, ashamed of her relatively-selfish desire, outs herself as the Disastar before the final round, gets voted out, and Tycoon wins out over Geats in the final round, so we can finally get to Keiwa's wish of returning the dead players to life, and he'll be told that his wish cannot be granted. The show already mentioned that some wishes will not be granted earlier in the season. They've gotta pay that off at some point.

I also wouldn't be surprised if Neon's quest for love might be made moot by her falling for Keiwa or Ace.
