Yeah, Rintaro's a unique secondary in that he doesn't generate drama by being mean, or antagonistic -- he does it by doubting himself, by failing to see his own strength, by being unable to argue for his emotional needs. The drama is in how a guy like that ends up sabotaging himself, and how he overcomes his weird psychology. (Dude was raised by, essentially, managers at his workplace! It cannot be good for your sense of self-worth!)
