IC's story is even more tragic if you look behind the scenes. The actor sadly died during the filming of Episode 36, so they had to be replaced. I like to imagine those annual soccer games are in tribute to both IC and his original actor.

Incidentally, Tatsuya is my second favorite ranger of the series.

Yeah, I’ve heard about that when I was looking for information about the show.

Anyway, Denziman is a very good series for what it is and I'm currently trying to decide where the series would be in my (eventual) updated version of my Sentai rankings list. Same with Kiramager, Fiveman, Maskman, and Bioman.
