Haha I saw this video too. When I first got Time Force Blue, I knew the hands would snap off if I tried to swap them without loosening up the plastic. Hit it with a hair dryer and off they came.

Similarly, I saw a video from Toy Galaxy where his review came with a disclaimer from the manufacturer. They recommended the joints should be heated up before breaking them in, because changes in temperature exposure from the factory/during shipping causes the joints to stiffen up

I understand wanting your products to work correctly after receiving them, but the hairdryer trick is such an easy and harmless thing to do. I'm wondering how many broken Izzy's would've been spared if they heated up the plastic too ...
