Yeah, it's... Kudo's right about Ikki, but it's not relevant to Kudo's situation. Ikki's a guy who wants to solve people's problems, but that can lead to him not really considering their emotions into his solution. He's goal-oriented, which can sometimes be dismissive of people's own points of view and emotional needs. It's legitimately a character flaw of Ikki's.

It's just not a flaw that has any bearing on Kudo's activities? It's a personal attack, and nothing more. It happens to be a well-observed personal attack, but it's nothing that absolves Kudo of his guilt.
