The trend of Rider origins being a pawn for others continue.
The beginning was really Chirami's demise, as per him being destroyed after losing (almost going to fade like other Riders instead), and him getting flowers. Previously, Geats as MagnumBoost fights Glare2 and actually got upper hand. Of which wonder if it's actually that Chirami really sucks in fighting (and like others said, where ep. 22 was just goofing off), or that in Ace's skill level, adding Boost in Magnum is enough for him to going toe-to-toe with even Glare, with him managing to go through the bullet hell coming from the Hypnorays and kick Glare2 himself, because that doesn't concern Glare2 being weakened. Chirami also admits he views the Riders as the DGP pawns by telling Geats to know his place. And obviously Chirami isn't genuine in trying to speak for the people's behalf on Mitsume's role as Goddess of Creation, though Geats thinks it's not what his mother wanted.
The events on the Battle Royale is referenced in this episode as a flashback where it's not a new thing, though ofc Sueru explains Desire Royale to the audience who doesn't follow that. This is a competition between Riders to get their wishes granted, but it's more free than the DGP to allow infighting between the Riders, as well as giving higher stakes of the losers permanently unable to become Kamen Riders (but no forced treachery like DezaStar missions... still). Sueru was the one who changed the DGP's harmless format to current deadly one, is Sueru just escalating that for the sake of the audience (and likely permanently replacing the DGP with Desire Royale), the one who doesn't care the most about the fate of the participants, which got me wondering why the DGP started as harmless game, if he also claimed that he's the founder of the DGP in the first place too.
For the other people, I don't feel that Ace is Michinaga's partner here, just having similar wishes, of wanting the DGP gone to free his mother, but he only talked about it with Tsumuri, Of which she too now began to reflect if her serving as a DGP Navigator is doing the right thing. Perhaps she doesn't know how the Jamatos are made, and likely the attacks being done in a game is, similar to JGP later. though it's still suspicious of why the Riders' actions are done as a game to entertain audience in the first place, regarding her knowledge.
Kyuun also claims it himself that Neon won't get her genuine love in this era, though ironically, it's the future fans that give her hate, not her current era fans. Neon now also changes her wish, as she'd likely depart to the future, but actually it's not related to the hate she received, but rather, actually her fans, as she knows leaving that era will disappoint them (like Sara in ep. 31), thus she opts to erase all records of Neon's existence herself, ironically repeating what Kousei did, and I think a wish that needs supernatural power more, but for Akari, so they won't mourn over her loss.
So how Keiwa returned is explained by Kekera making a deal, not with Chirami before, but instead going after an even worse person, Beroba herself. Though even Beroba can be swayed if she'd get to see other people's suffering, which she actually believes Kekera, surprisingly. This'd show that even "saving" or retrieving lives isn't always noble, as it can be done only to prolong their suffering, either intentional like this, or unintentional like Kousei reviving Akari as Neon only as a tool to carry on his legacy ignoring its affection and desire to feel loved. Even if those can bounce back, doesn't nullify those horrible deeds.
So turns out Keiwa's farewell to Sara is just merely a dream, but something that really got remembered by the audience (despite watching raw before), and got talked often. Kekera's next move is visiting Sara, and offering her a deal to get Keiwa back, which happens after she agrees. Which involves her participating in the Desire Royale, getting a Hakubi ID core. And surprisingly, Sara's the only one Kekera doesn't go apeshit for touching him (pretty girl "clean" privileges?).
Though Sara has her own decisions in becoming a Rider, which is to not prolong Keiwa's suffering by having him not remember and not participating, replacing him. Likely to carry on his will based on next episode's title, which'd mean she's very much onboard too with world peace, not that she's against it with her preventing Keiwa, but would rather carry the burden herself, something shared with people this type. Then by this same may apply in Gaim, not for Akira, but for Mai in Gaim regarding Kouta, as ep. 43 notes.
Other than now understanding how Keiwa can get to know Neon, as this is something seriously she doesn't know what she's getting into, other than the dangers, she has to be guided by Neon a bit which she meets, like learning that there can be bad Riders, like Daichi, as Sara had optimistic views of him before to think he "guided" Keiwa. Ace is the one that actually has some guidance of him aside from his deceit. Daichi also can guess that she's Keiwa's sister, in his Sherlock scan again, while also claiming her and Neon are similar. It's now canon that Daichi really feels vendetta for Keiwa and this extends to Sara. I feel that honestly, Daichi joining the Jamato got wasted, if he became more active due to Desire Royale, though joining the Jamatos cemented him as another evil Rider, not merely an asshole.
And ofc, her inexperience also leads for her to be powerless in fights, though I'd feel she performs better than Letter (getting her own pose too, combining Keiwa and Neon's), probably can be on Ginpen's level if not for fighting a competent fighter, when ofc Daichi will have no qualms fighting Riders head on, just because he can, like him having no qualms being two-faced despite not being the DezaStar. Na-Go is clearly more capable here than her as another finalist like pinning Nadge-Sparrow to a tree, and her being protective of Riders will ofc extend to Hakubi as she gets in front of him. Nadge-Sparrow stops, but it's likely to distract her and attack again, giving a full-powered punch to her against a tree.
Afterwards, Na-Go also just loses to him. I wonder if that full-powered punch weakened her (saying this regarding how Tycoon performs to him), but regarding people's low views on Daichi, I don't want for this to be used to think Na-Go as weak too, or even on par with Hakubi that "Na-Go so weak that even with Hakubi she can't beat Nadge-Sparrow", as she should be at least on par with Tycoon who fights him off too afterwards.
Though Beroba now realizes how Kekera can be more vile than he actually is, which is shown in this episode, where despite "celebrating" heroism, he also doesn't view the people as living being, but rather entertainment fodders for both him and Beroba, explaining their dirty work together here. Though Sara does get Keiwa back, her attempts to put Keiwa out of his misery also ends up for nothing as Kekera of course, use this event as a display of brutality to Keiwa, to get him become Tycoon again, regaining his memories, and fight off Nadge-Sparrow, before Buffa Musou arrives and attempts to finish off the 3 remaining Riders, as Tycoon and Na-Go gotta cover for Hakubi, while Nadge-Sparrow flees.
Or at best, Kekera's an example of those who only care about them living, but not at all about their distress, likely including how he's quite controlling and is inconsiderate to Keiwa, only caring if he can behave and live in the way Kekera wants. He's an example of how saving lives should be the means, not the end. They can allow people to continue enjoying life, but it stops being fully heroic when the means instead cause pain and suffering, of which it's deliberate for Kekera, a "misery builds character" type of person. Actually what doesn't kill you doesn't always make you stronger, but it can leave you as permanently damaged mess, so this shouldn't be glorified as a way to make someone better, even if there'd be those who can bounce back. Similar to Kyuun before, I also hope he'd be called out for his BS, not be validated.
Geats then saves the 3 Riders from Buffa Musou. Even if he can't beat Buffa Musou, he can still get them escape with his speed... similar to Buffa also getting himself and Beroba away. Now once again, Ace is at odds with Keiwa and Neon. Though for this one, I'd think Ace is the more reasonable one, albeit to be fair, Keiwa got wrong view about Mitsume currently due to the lies, thinking that she's actually guilty of creating Ace and the other wishes, and vows for her to pay for her sins by, his wish or such. I'd think that can be accomplished by freeing her and if she regrets the event, which is Ace's plan. Neon also likely wants to temporarily keep it to not leave her fans hanging, which is something requiring the supernatural more, but dunno if she can wait and have Mitsume grant that. Or perhaps Tsumuri's power will awaken and cast away their doubts by granting those to fight against the DGP for real.
