This guy has never once shown that he cares about any of the Riders or civilians or Fenix troops or literally anything other than his own mad Kamen Rider experiments. I wouldn't say "easy"? For all of my complaints about where the clues come from (it will always bug me that Ikki doesn't have any of Suzu's motivation when he makes his accusation), I think the overall pace of the mystery is good and correct. We're introduced to the cast in Episode 1, we're specifically introduced to Suzu in Episode 2 through Ikki and Hiromi, we're given the monster explanation and Suzu's overly-weak damsel stuff in Episode 3, and then we're given the final clue at the beginning of Episode 4. Like, Ikki, you might have suspicions earlier, but the show does incrementally point in the direction of Suzu without rushing it or making it up on the spot.
