The final form debut, and the final form victim is actually different (wielder).
Even as Boost Mk. III, Gazer didn't really take abuse from it too, though he's clearly outmatched, as Geats focuses on reaching out Goddess of Creation. His failure here with Sueru teleporting it and himself away actually made me thought that Sueru is nigh-invincible even with an incomplete final form. Sueru claims it comes from Ace inheriting the power of creation and that it's malicious by nature and thus can potentially be uncontrollable under his hands. So this'd mean the actual berserker form existed for a bit despite the "berserk" role being played by enraged Geats LaserBoost in ep. 29.
Ace got transported into an unknown world, meeting a man in a fox mask who is also portrayed by Kan Hideyoshi. I still don't get a sense of who it was or if the scene is real or just fictitious (like Neon "hugging" Akari). The fox mask doesn't hold back in chewing Ace out for his current decision, that for all his greatness, he has achieved nothing for 2000 years, and that he's fueled by hatred against the admins to repeat the Goddess' sins by using his power for destruction and rebirth, overall deeming him as foolish. While Ziin is the one who also looks out for him, with softer approach of just reminding him of the time limit.
Ace seems to take the fox mask's words into account to focus on visiting Mitsume, instead of destroying the ones who abuse her. So nothing external like the DGP wishes or Rider equipment that solves his problem, it's all coming from his inside, his creation powers that he's just aware now, used to travel directly inside the statue. Then again he never knew why he reincarnated before. This is the "it's the journey that counts, not the arrival" conclusion of Ace's story, that he just found the answer he wanted while still oppossing the DGP, that he inherits creation powers, which also explains how he got reincarnated, before he actually reunites with his first mom, even though he temporarily lost sight to use it for destruction and rebirth.
Regardless, I thought that Ace actually Meets-ume earlier than what's established. I thought that he'd save her and meet her by destroying the DGP, while also getting other Riders to side with him, as the final antagonist, but he just bypasses the statue with his powers here, and though he did meet her, Mitsume wasn't saved. Albeit Mitsume now realized that Ace is technically a disobedient child to not obey her words to forget her, but she still respects his choice to still keep searching for her. She also has guilt complex for understandable reasons that she's behind the tragedy the DGP created, and Ace's misery for his journey. Both just laments that them wanting the best for each other only results in each other's misery, but really, just like Mitsume does, Ace should realize that just forget isn't the best solution for anyone else too, if he'd be empathetic enough to change that.
Especially that his temporary reunion with Mitsume seems to be used to establish Ace's calling in life afterwards, an ambitious and altrusitic goal to create a world where everyone can be happy, likely done to honor Mitsume's regret of the world's state, and that as she claims here, it can't be undone and she can only atone by submitting to Grand End, but him actually working to do that. This kind of goal can be also a potential for a heel turn though, if Ace will follow similar path to a known manipulative anime protagonist, like Lelouch (of which
his reunion with his mother has the opposite result of disappointing
), also being an extremist to do whatever it takes - in utopia justifies the means kind. With Michinaga being the opposite aiming to create dystopia to stop fighting by taking away people's happiness.
For Ace's next path, he once wished to become the Game Master, and now he's in even higher position than that to just kickstart his new calling in life by creating his rendition of DGP, with a new Game Master Jit. Already someone perfect before who almost always had upper hand, now he actually is all-powerful like Mitsume, no need to make efforts like fighting in DGP to meet her or to get any wishes as he has the power himself. Seems everything is even easier for him, I wonder how'd be the stakes later for the show, perhaps the DGP under Sueru and Beroba with Kekera will try to capture Tsumuri to make use of her powers and combat him?
Other main Riders also only has cameos in Keiwa learning how Sara lives without her Rider memories; if she's weird then it's still usual for her, and the cosmetic produce she uses is Hakubi-shin. Then he's used to show that Grand End wipes the memories in how Keiwa bravely faced the Grand End, but turned into pessimistic scaredy cat after losing it. Kyuun obeying Neon's words to try reminding her about being Na-Go once. But Kyuun should've brought an ID Core but there isn't any available for him? And Michinaga only witnessing, with Win being surprised at his Buckle's disappearence. I wonder how the Mitsume conflict will go next after her death here, especially for Keiwa. And wonder if Michinaga's invincibility ends here, which means even with his weakness being anyone other than Riders, the solution is still the highest caliber of power in Ace's creation...
It's internally revealed that Mitsume's successor as Goddess of Creation is also, Tsumuri. Moreover, along with the increased relevance of Samas, it's also revealed that Tsumuri is specifically created by Sueru to replicate Mitsume, and just now her power blooms. She feels more like Sophia here to be a clone of some all-powerful lady, only that she's used instead of being discarded. Samas is also shown to not be actually loyal to Niramu, but to Sueru as she betrays him for defying Sueru. And she displays ruthlessness to force Tsumuri to succeed Mitsume, her bleak view on entertainment to dismiss Niramu's, and in her expressions, finally showing something aside from serious mood, in her smirks when revealing her plans.
This isn't a basic decency though, it's more of different visions between bad guys to run something, passion vs professionalism as Sueru puts it, that Niramu who is obsessed with realism would oppose the use of fake Goddess of Creation Sueru did, but Sueru's on higher echelon. Though Sueru claims the current world also influenced Niramu. But he gets his realistic end of simply being shot with a gun. His actors got flowers, and Niramu actually concedes to Ace to see how he'll achieve. Both Chirami and Niramu took their deaths in stride. Tsumuri still shows concern over her fellow DGP staffs, but she should just defect after knowing all of these.
Mitsume dies for good, but apparently Sueru is surprised when the world, and especially the memories, stay intact due to Ace's creation powers. The Grand End has thematic effects of Earth being covered in red curtains, symbolizing Sueru viewing the world as just their stages, but would the Grand End actually destroy the world if not for Ace? And if it does, how'd happen to the future eras that the DGP may partake? Thought the stakes was lower here to just have the DGP gone forever in 21st century, but the DGP can continue its crimes unpunished in that other era, with people who oppose it needing to start from zero again. Ace's creation powers for combat is used in creating the Mark IX, Geats' final form, with actually flashiest henshin sequence surpassing all previous forms. And its first victim is, Sueru as Gazer, no new Rider form for him as someone higher than Niramu, though "misueru" means "to fix one's gaxe on" so... and I thought Sueru doesn't need Rider form to show off his power, but he's still the same.
The creation power isn't used as variatively as Xross Saber's debut, but the final form debut fight is still the best one in Reiwa era along with Xross Saber, as per usual for Geats' fighting scenes. Including how Sueru makes use of Gazer's power even better than the skilled Niramu, to utilize the Dominionrays as beams, bullets, whip, etc. I wonder how'd Geats LaserBoost fare to Sueru's use of Gazer. Geats IX creating collateral damage and repairing it reminds me of OOO Bash from Medajalibur, slashing the environment itself but fixing the damage except the victim. And it's not only used to show off his raw power, but also to trap Sueru Gazer. His creation power also breaks the 4th wall to make the Trust Last theme go silent by shushing it like Cronus. I thought Geats IX's Tactical Victory + Strike that Sueru Gazer attempts to block with multiple Dominionray square shields would be a nod to Blade King's Royal Straight Flush, but with the opponent's "card" piece instead of his, but it's different one to throw his QB9 piercing it while also kicking it further.
