I don't know if Ace does learn that said approach is wrong in that episode or not.... he does tell both of the losers to keep fighting for their dreams, but it's what he said previous too (while actually dismissing that as futile as he'd always win the game, unless he also means it's applied to outside games).

For sure, Suel and Samas disposing Niramu is a cruelty, not them performing good deeds or even villains having standards case, to take out a villain and make the opposing heroes' job easier (regardless of Samas taking over his position, still one less). Their victims this time just happen to be another shitty person, instead of someone innocent like Mitsume. I'd also always think that Niramu is less villainous than Beroba, just because Niramu is more of a perpetrator and causing more damage with the DGP being long running, doesn't mean those in position of opposing him (outside of DGP like Suel) can't be worse, Beroba only wants to turn it and the world into something even worse and DGP getting in her way. Albeit dunno to think that this move is his limits, he has unusual worldview in realism=good and fictious=bad, which leads for him to do all of, disposing those who coincidentally cheated death, letting Beroba do what she wants, or oppose the plans to use artificial done by Suel.

If Samas is about to become Kamen Rider, she should be named Kamen Rider Awake, Suel comes from "misueru" which means "to fix one's gaze over", thus rather makes sense he continues using Gazer.
