I'm okay with it? They exist to be a bulk army that can fight Giff Jrs -slash- get murdered by Akaishi and/or Vail, so they don't need an especially ornate or clever design. They reuse the Demons helmet that Over Demons discarded, and add in a boring vest. It's a suit that's useful to the narrative, but it ain't like Bandai's going to be rushing out the Figuart. I sort of don't even think about it as a design, because they're just bulking up the Weekend side of the battle.
