Huh! I don't see why not (Extreme Venomverse is turning out a ridiculous number of alternate Venoms right now), but I think the alterations necessary to support an Eddie/Dylan version would mean abandoning a lot of the motivations for Genta and Ikki. You'd basically be in a version where the leads are Karizaki Sr and George, instead. It'd be a lot more about familial curses and leveraging wounds to protect yourself, and that's not quite Revice. Definitely some similarities, though!
