It should be noted that "The Tenth Planet" is not alone in this. There are other arcs which are clearly not available on Brit-Box. That one was just a convenient and noteworthy example.

So, for the record, I'm in the UK, but ITV-X (the successor to Britbox) has The Tenth Planet including the animated episode 4. I can see most of the animations there except for Evil of the Daleks. However, there aren't any reconstructions for purely missing episodes.
