Which is all fine and dandy, but I freaking imported that DVD from Amazon US, its en route right now. I asked them if they will send a replacement overseas.

Although I read that some people got theirs from Amazon already and the subs were fine? Hope I got lucky.

I haven't opened mine yet, but since I pre-ordered it, I imagine it's faulty. I sent an email via your link but I think I may just try to replace it on Amazon.
