For anyone unfamiliar with the Jungle Fury re-release and repaint of Ninjakon, he was a repaint of the Ninja Storm Ninjakon, who in turn was a repaint and retooling of the original Deluxe Automorphin Ninjor made for the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers line in 1995.

In 2003, Ninjor was repainted in red and given a new helmet as well as chest symbol and released as a toy-only/toy-exclusive Zord called Ninjakon the Lightning Megazord. In 2008, the mold was used once again, only this time with less paint detail and done in a slightly brighter red coloration and released as a Disney Store exclusive as the Super Legends Ninja Storm Megazord.

Hasbro, years later, created the Retro Morphin Ninjor in 2021 and it was retooled in 2022 to become Ninjakon, much like the original Deluxe toy by Bandai. Here's what I did, outlined below.

1. I used the Battle Mode helmet and face from a spare RMN (Retro Morphin Ninjor) and the Battle Mode U shaped crest from an extra RZN (Retro Zord Ninjakon).

2. I painted the Wind Academy Crest on Ninjakon gold, and added silver accents to the 'eagle helmet' in the Ninja Mode.

3. Added some black eyes and changed the face to complete silver.
