Yeah, this episode's title means Beroba's farewell to Michi by her death, she's the only one refers to him as that.
Black Tsumuri/Goddess of Destruction acts similar to Tsumuri at the beginning, speaking in a monotone and refined way, but also isn't blatantly malicious (unlike Beroba), focusing on following the whims of the people around her (like Tsumuri assigning Riders and explaining the game, with not much regard except certain disappointments/objections), in this case the villain group. I wonder if she can have her compassion fostered like regular Tsumuri if put in an actual Navigator role, or Jit makes sure to counteract that so it won't backfire, practically acting like Tsumuri without free will (thus any wish can be granted). And would the T-sus-muri in the Geats opening who points a gun to Ace refers to Black Tsumuri?
Previously it was already shown why Kekera backs up Daichi to create a tale where his ideal hero takes down the villain, to view now the real reason why Beroba backs up Daichi is shown here to use the huge amount of the humans on the trees as her own Jamato fertilizer, to create the ultimate Jamato who'd bring total ruin to the world. Both are scums who got invested in the bad ending game without regard, in them supporting or doing evil things to achieve that ending without regard, even though Daichi's also their deserving victim. Black Tsumuri is how Beroba will accomplish that desire, and that how the current stakes for the Ace's DGP group, the chance to save Sara (for this time) and for Michinaga to atone by stopping that.
Here Daichi acts like he's normal human robbed off Rider powers, when Premium Beroba and Kekera attack. I wondered how his Marrella Jamato form will fare against Premium, albeit even Daichi doubts himself or anyone going against both of them which he sees as suicide. Perhaps there's no time for him to transform as their betrayal is sudden, or that his injury would extend to his Jamato form, making him unable to retaliate/escape from Neon too who has Fantasy. Guess this shows that while Na-Go can deal with 1 Premium, like kicking Kekera, for 2 Premiums at once, Na-Go Fantasy can get overwhelmed like getting her shield broken, and Buffa acts as a distraction to escape (with also Na-Go's intangibility making as if the attack goes through her), just like what Buffa did in the JGP against LaserBoost to escape.... or what Geats did as LaserBoost to Jamashin Buffa.
Ofc now Neon calls Michinaga by his name again, unlike after DR events of him eliminating her and Hakubi. It's now confirmed that Daichi is important to be kept alive, as he's the only one that can save the people on the tree, solving problem is more important than thirst of revenge, which'd be why Ace stops Keiwa from killing him before. I also usually think killing off isn't always the best solution, and sparing isn't always about mercy or sympathy (including for villain side itself to keep someone important alive for information). With Michinaga seeking to atone, now like before, Neon attempts to help him when he's going to certain death, with him seemingly progressing that his "lone wolf" approach is now explained as his meant to atone and, he gives Neon another job to keep Daichi in check as a form of mutual work.
The intro scene actually happens that Ace got shackled for resetting the world, to the state before Keiwa's wish was granted, thus there are no more Gang Riders... they died again? And also, unknown what happens with Kanato, he still doesn't get proper closure. And Takeshi's true nature is still unknown too. Here it just seems that Keiwa himself also needs some guidance in even moral, from Ace, that to create a happy world, you should hate only the action but not the person. Other than quoting Shotaro KR-franchise wise, this also gives more messianic reference to someone who fought in the DGP since 1 AD. Indeed “giving up my claim for personal revenge and retribution” is different from “stopping them from causing further harm” or “let justice be done on those villains for their wrongdoing”. Personal revenge can have you inflict excessive pain to satisfy thirst for revenge or uncaring about long-term consequences or those who are bad/worse but doesn't personally wrong you. But if you’re just working to bring forth justice instead, then you’d only do what’s necessary to put a stop to the villains, and you won’t go too far.
Other than convincing Keiwa that others are trying their best to save Sara, as well as the proof of Ace's powers reverting things back, that'd be the reason for Keiwa's redemption back to his usual self, or perhaps finally becoming more of an idealist from the core too, not only on the surface. He returns by saving exhausted Michinaga from Kekera. Now rather than focusing on hating him for what happened in the past, he appreciates him for trying to own up for his wrongdoings now, the present and future, regardless if it won't erase what he did in the past. I guess still better than nothing like in the beginning of arc with him getting integrated, but now his wrongdoings are addressed by various people, including himself, which he tries to atone, including him owing it up here to apologize for it, albeit I do wish that it doesn't only focus on his murder of Sara (of which continues to other Phase 2 infectees), because it's not the only bad thing he did, under Beroba's thumb even. Though I do now wonder what'd Keiwa and Neon say regarding him now in next episode of them hanging out.
Albeit Keiwa's still sour against Daichi, cuz even by this he still has limits. Obviously people should not refer to this as Daichi getting redeemed, as it's consistent that he only worked together for ulterior motives, to get his tree back, but here he actually keep his word of freeing Sara, which needs a serum that reverts one of the humans there back. Is that because of the threat from the all 4 main Riders (unlike in DR) despite his vow to never let his Tree of Knowledge got touched by anyone. I do get baffled why people here are only focusing on Sara now, of which Neon mourned both Sara and other civilians before, but well, this isn't the end of the series yet, unknown what'd be next for the Tree of Knowledge and him, next should be working towards the rest of the victims. So Kekera's actually pissed in Keiwa's redemption, and his quote of what happened to his ideal kind of KR really emphasizes how entitled he is to control him, and he'd just escalate his crimes later by holding random people hostage.
Michinaga's atonement here is stopping Beroba from granting her wish with Black Tsumuri, to prevent Sara who he personally killed and justified it, from being forever gone for being used as Beroba's wish. Beroba's original Rider form makes a return and obviously it overwhelms Buffa Zombie, and here he didn't even manage to fight back unlike in his fights against Premium Beroba/Kekera or Tycoon Bujin Sword. Unfortunately for those who are hoping for (L)Maou, his trump card here is his Jamashin powers that can defeat any Kamen Riders, which ofc includes KR Beroba. With Beroba using her original Rider form, Beroba got beaten by irony here, she got beaten by the one she sponsored and backed up to win JGP and get that same Jamashin powers, albeit she's surprised that he indeed keeps his Jamashin powers. At least it's still consistent that Buffa Zombie wouldn't do anything against her, and that it requires upgrades to beat her in his Jamashin powers.
