The impression I got from the trailer was Fourze with a pinch of Revice and AR Faiz from Decade. That said, not impressed with Hotaro but not disappointed either. I do wonder if Spana/Valvarad will go the way of Chaser from Drive or if he will be Kamen Rider's answer to Jugglus Juggler. Hope it's both.
