I think it's probably going to be like Revice where 1st quarter is mostly the Main Rider unlocking his forms and then eventually we get the proper Secondary and they slowly introduce more Riders (I just hope they don't start unloading a bunch of them like they did in the last quarte of Revice).

So far we've got Gotchard, Valvarad will probably become an official Rider sooner than later, and the rumored tertiary who uses Legendary Rider Cards.
