I think Decade overshadowed Kiva as "worst of the worst" pretty quickly, it's just that Tsukasa later whitewashed his reputation with frequent appearances. Perhaps the main problem of Kiva is that he came out after the mega-successful Den-O and tried to repeat his formula. My version is that Toei had a plan to mix Den-O and Faiz, adding chic costumes and a gothic vibe to it, in order to get a best-selling masterpiece that will satisfy all groups of fans. But it didn't work out.
And yet I think that Kivu can rightly be called the most rarely mentioned show. That is, I think that some Dapan or Tiger is mentioned more often than IXA. A shame!
