You can actually watch the post series movie New Generation Climax with subs on the Ultraman Connection website so not all hope is lost for Taiga getting an english release.

Imo Taiga is quite underated it has very stark tone & very strong theme thourghout the entire show. It not everyone cup of tea but I do recommend you track down fansubs for the shows to check it out.
