I prefer a heroine to stay a heroine. They need not to be a Rider to be relevant to the story. And the motif is nine-tailed fox, after Geats IX just debuted several months ago? If the transformation trinket is the Ring, then this Driver would be this season's Laser Raise Riser. LRR also used a different trinket.

Also, no Driver for Spanner? I thought that the second Driver was for Spanner and the third one is for another character, possibly Minato. I thought the villain's Driver was the fourth or fifth to appear.

It's important to keep in mind that the writers are not God & that the producers, execs, and Bandai have way more say over what happens in these shows than some believe. I doubt that this series will end with only three main Drivers and one mass-produced Driver. When they said this series was gonna feature small number of Riders, I estimated it would be five or six in total.
