The King Ohger crew will take a certain "item" with them and use it after the crossover for more toy advertisements but all you need to know about that, or don't since it's obvious, is that it comes from that crossover. It's not even shown in the crossover itself, it just pops up the episode after.

The only story element worth knowing about can be summed up in one sentence, but I doubt it will ever be relevant again:

The humans of Terra (King Ohger planet) are originally not native to that planet; they come from the same planet Earth as the Kyoryugers, they migrated into space a long time ago and found their new home there.
