Children In Need had another short, this one featuring Davros at the time the first Dalek is being finalised. Again played by Julian Bleach but still humanlike like the rest of the Kaleds. Therefore before his incident.
Or rather you presume that. Except now Russel T Davies has said this is now how Davros looks! He's no longer crippled or scarred or deformed or disabled, because a person like that being evil is now discriminatory and offensive! 🤨
