S.I.C.s are pretty cool...they are much larger, and yes costs more. Some you can actually rebuild the figure into a totally new figure, others have parts you can switch around. They are big time display pieces though. They have a neat aesthetic as well. Now if you like the look, but don't want to drop the bucks, there are the KT S.I.C.s These are quite reasonable in price, and you get some really neat stuff. I have written about 3 of them at some site *coughlinkinsig* and they are a new addiction.
Youtube has reviews on the larger ones. TJ Omega's on Kabuto is a GREAT one and of course Vangelis has nice ones. Cooksux has some great reviews on his site on some various full sized S.I.C.s on his site as well.
They won't snap apart per say...but they do unplug on ALL the joints. Currently I have the Fang Joker and Skull S.I.C.s for the full sized line, but have Super 1 and Decade on order as well. They are pricey, and not essential I think...but they are a sweet look I have to say...
