I didn't know this was hist first Rider gig, but I knew it was him. I wouldn't say he single-handedly kept Ayumi Kinoshita and Nao Nagasawa employed through the '10s, but he did a lot of projects with them, up to and including that movie they did together that I completely forgot about until I started writing this post. If I see either of them show up during this period I assume it's because Sakamoto is behind the lens.
