Bear in mind as well that the PS store may with out warning discontinue access to digital games. This may be due to licensing arrangements with other companies who make the games.

Sony has done it with movies and TV shows.

As for games if you have the game disk it allows you more time to finish the game you're playing.

For me PS 2 games are a major thing in this case. I'm playing Final Fantasy IX for instance which in that case Sony may at some point no longer be able to license the games should Square Enix move to another company.

True Final Fantasy was Play Station exclusive but this could change so to play it safe I'm finishing the game on my PS 2.

Other game lines may see a similar fate which makes game disks a viable option should we lose digital access.

Access to the game is important given you pay 22 bucks minimum. (Depending on the game.)
