OK...I know a good number of us here have been to conventions at some point or time. I'm curious...which ones did you guys start off with? In my case...I started with an anime convention in 2007 where...get this, when Haruhi Suzumiya was a popular anime at the time. On top of that...a particular actress from Power Rangers was cosplaying the main character to help promote it. 3 guesses who. Also...another Ranger turned voice actor was playing one of the male characters in the anime (I'm sure most of you guys know who it is).

As a matter of fact...I'll drop a hint and test you guys. She was the successor to the only Pink Ranger that had 3 forms and knew about a mysterious Ranger that the other Rangers thought was odd and not feasible. He could turn invisible if need be but it was limited. If you know it, you know it.

I ran into this actress again in 2009 and had experienced literally a mini Power Morphicon before I even knew of the event. That was when Anime Expo moved into its permanent residence in Los Angeles, California.
