Yeah, Isaka's problem after his debut is that he just... sort of exists? And that's all? There's his growing relationship with Saeko as a subplot, but as far as actual modern-day villainous acts, we've only really got the stuff he pulled on Wakana, which completely fizzled out as any sort of tension in the narrative. Terui Wants Revenge, and Isaka Is Around -- that's it for these two?

(Some of this is also the larger problem of W's premise not really evolving in any serious way, with zero consistent escalation in either stakes or hostilities, but that's not really Isaka's fault.)
