70s: Goranger, for its historical importance.
80s: Liveman, the basic premise of this conflict between scientific peers seems really interesting, but I haven't heard much about it so I don't know if it is actually good.
2010s: Torn between Go-Busters (The spy theme and Buddyroids seems fun, but I'm feeling a little salty towards Kobayashi right now since I'm watching Shinkenger and am not impressed by it) or Zyuohger (I've heard it is extremely solid, but very traditional).
2020s: Donbrothers, because I will never stop burning myself by trying things Inoue wrote.
I highly recommend Liveman. Having the heroes and villains be former friends who know each other well creates a completely unique relationship and makes the conflict feel really fresh. The characters are likable and you quickly become attached to them. Also, the show somehow miraculously manages to feel very optimistic, despite the huge number of deaths and funerals. And the fight scenes can still impress even now. And there are also Megumi and Colon! So I recommend it.
P.S. And I should definitely take the time to write about the genius of Professor Bias's design someday.
About others:
Goranger - such long old shows scare me, but I've only seen good reviews about it.
Go-Busters/Zyohger - I would recommend the Zyohger, but basically the show is about the same level;
Donbrothers - at least you know what to expect. Not Inoue's worst, but not his best work either.
