Eternal is as cool of a villain as I remember him. Evil Kamen Riders are dime a dozen these days, so it takes a lot to really stand out. Eternal himself has a distinct look, a very reasonable and solid motivation, and just has some good lines in general (his counter line to "count up your sins" will forever be the best).

I love that his whole plan is to make everyone zombies like him, so he won't be different and alone. There's something so pathetic and childish about that, the dark mirror of Philip's found family and embrace of Fuuto. Also, I like the touch that he dresses Philip up in NEVER (NEcro-oVER, from the people who brought you Special Agent Maria S. Cranberry) clothes, because why wouldn't Philip want to be part of this terrorist organization all of a sudden. Charming, everything about Eternal.
