Oh right, I kind of forgot about Heart. The suit design was pretty cool, but I'm not sure if anybody actually cared to see a buddy cop story between Heart and Otta of all people. I enjoyed the deep narrative of Mach a lot more, with how it explores Gou's feeling of guilt about being the son of a monster.

Yeah, you should! For me, Drive only barely makes my top 10 for Heisei Rider, but nevertheless, I have to praise it for the compelling mystery plot, some exciting movies and the intense dynamic between the 3 main Riders, Krim and the Roidmude generals. Worth a rewatch for sure.
