It's a much less compelling mystery than the last three-parter, that's for sure. The Dopant is a brand-new character that Megu tells us about, and the person putting Murder up to it had no personality until she broke down as she counted up her sins. It's not quite the Christie-esque resolution from Episode 3, you know?

That said -- and we've got another chapter that go still switch stuff up -- I like Magi-P as a fakeout because it seems like the reality is that he's just a phenomenally shitty bossy? His main programmer just got hospitalized, and he's yelling at her to go do the job she hates knowing it could get her killed. Good as a red herring, but kind of great as just a prick.

Fang showing up is especially neat, because it's sort of showing that even when it was just Shotaro and Philip as investigators, Philip had a thing that was just for him. Relationships are complicated! We don't need one person to be everything for us! I still don't care for how they told that story, though!
