The name is Nijigon (niji + dragon), but haven't we had a dragon Chemy (Dragonalos)? Nijigon has been rumored to grant Gotchard's final form. I wish Gotchard's final form will still partner with the ultimate forms of Steamliner and Hopper1, or at least Hopper1. It makes more sense if Gotchard's final form is granted by Hopper1, not a brand new Chemy, since Hopper1 has been established as Houtarou's Gotcha and BFF. What's the fitting name? MugenHopper? Haha.

Several friends of mine hypothesized that Nijigon is the light side counterpart of the uber-demon. But if so then Nijigon should have a raw, beastly form similar to the uber-demon, not a toyetic one. Or perhaps it does have a beastly form, but later managed to be tamed by Houtarou and turned into the toyetic form and given a pair of goggles? My hypothesis is that Nijigon could be the Chemy created by Houtarou's dad (which could be the Alchemist of Dawn) from the positive force of creation as a countermeasure against the uber-demon's destructive powers. Another possibility is that Nijigon is Houtarou's dad/the Alchemist of Dawn who fused himself with the raw, beastly form of the force of creation and turned into a Chemy, which may explain why it has goggles. It may also explain why Houtarou's dad is never home.

Is Hermes the name of the uber-demon? Where do you get it from? The Hermes I know is a brand of uber-luxurious women handbags, haha. I much prefer if Houtarou is somehow possessed, overwhelmed, or infected by the uber-demon's powers before healed by Nijigon.
