I really did enjoy his No Trespassers thing with Double and Accel. He's not trying to kill everyone, he's just working the door, basically. Kamen Riders gotta go (for now!), while Tokime and Rando are loose ends to tie up. Nothing personal, just business. It's a good take on a lieutenant!
