I do appreciate how cautious Bando is about things though. The man sees this and is like "Yeah no, we can't do direct confrontations right now". Really fun to see villains who are absurd levels of powerful also realize that their fights could easily be their last if their opponents figure out a way to beat them.

My favorite thing to the Shadow Fuuto storyline is how hard the villains/"villains" are trying to keep this from being a problem that Team Double has to solve. The worst thing a criminal can do in a mystery is make the detective curious, so everything is about trying to stay under the radar as long as possible, and focusing more on closing off avenues of confrontation (Reactor's so mad at the goons who open a portal!) rather than taunting foes into combat. It's a fun dynamic!
