The themes are Alchemy and Cards and yet we don't get much in terms of alchemy

Rather we get magic disguise as alchemy to be honest feels like the show runners don't know what alchemy is

The only times we seen alchemy really used is like what four five times the main being the goggles used to make the attachment piece


Also as you saw Hotro never was friends with every chemies he was friends with a select few the two X ones that's it. Then we got the weird ass dragon who just comes out of left field

Whats the meaning behind him he's the reason why Hotro can use alchemy why, why is he the reason what makes him that special when alchemy isn't special

but somehow HIS ALCHEMY IS THE MOST SPECIAL

Gotchard is a mess of a story and like I said IT IS just the writers tossing darts at board blindly to see what sticks.

We got three very different style of writers and one of them is brand new and the other barely done much

Overall Gotchard is like messy stew it has no real identity, rather its a mimic trying to be everything
