I will express a rather controversial opinion, but it seems to me that of the post-W/pre-Gaim trinity, any show that turned out to be the last was doomed to catch its share of hate. The audience was simply tired of the monotony, and all the best ideas that such a plot structure offered had already been used. The Wizard definitely has its flaws, but it also has clear strengths, and in some ways (particularly the fight choreography), it's generally the best in the franchise. It?s a pity that, unlike other ?unsuccessful? shows (for example, Hibiki and Ghost), Wizard does not have a loyal fan on the site who is ready to defend it to the last.
