If precisely nobody but Shouma have been shown to have the ability to create and command Gochizous, then there's no reason from Hanto's perspective to suggest that this is inherently a Granute trait rather than a special effect of his altered biology. If he sees Vram doing it, then that's the time to be suspicious.

Antagonistic perhaps, but I doubt Hanto would ever go full Ryugen. After all, he's a good guy who believes in justice and the only reason why he acts with prejudice towards Granutes is due to him not knowing any good Granutes. I think if he found out about Shouma, he would quickly change his mind. A good journalist will always listen to all arguments before reaching a conclusion based on logic and intuition.

Looks like Shouma hasn't completely gotten over his flaw of denying himself the right to be happy. He worries that Hanto and Sachika would see him as a monster, since he also sees himself that way. Even though he calls himself selfish, it's more like he's not being selfish enough, as he should want his friends to accept him for his true self.

Not even the worst example though. I recall Build RabbitTank and Cross-Z Dragon didn't stand next to each other until like Episode 30 or something. In Takebe's previous show, Geats MagnumBoost only appeared like once per DGP season, so if there's a decision to have Gavv default to Poppingummy for important scenes, then I believe this must come from somebody else in the staff. Otherwise, the form may actually have a purpose for the action, such as Gavv Kickingummy Assist being used for Valen's springboard tactic here.
