Bouche was helped to die? Did you mean that Bouche was made to die unnaturally by the Stomach siblings? That could be the case, but it should've been shown or should be shown in future episodes. Bouche was a stupid and abusive father, so it makes sense if the Stomach siblings decided to even the odds and eliminate him earlier.

It's possible that Bouche was made to die unnaturally by the Stomach siblings, but what's the reason for them wanting Dente to die? Did Dente have problems with the Stomach siblings? After all, he was (and probably is) Stomach's best scientist. Why would they attempt to kill Dente? Dente being MIA for 2 decades to live as a dysfunctional, poor addict in the human world without being searched by Stomach corporation, Bouche and or the Stomach siblings is one of the gazillion of logical anomalies in this story.

Don't worry. There's still Hanto's subplot about finding out about Shouma's true identity as a human-Granute hybrid, which is already overdue.
