This probably doesn't need to be stated outright, but even though I'd be happy if someone wanted to jump in for the first time at any random point to say something about the latest episodes, I'm also happy if anyone wants to discuss any/all of those earlier episodes, no matter how deep I get into the show. It might be another conscious decision to do the opposite of what Fourze did, now that you mention it -- hanging out just in some normal shop/house rather than a high-tech moon base. Certainly, I know the staff on Wizard were actively trying to aim for an urban fantasy vibe, so it tracks that Haruto doesn't need some elaborate pocket dimension lair or like, a magic school to attend or something.

There's a certain cartoonish exaggerated tone to that whole sequence that kinda separates it from the need to think about things too realistically. It'd be less charming in real life for Shunpei to stalk Haruto around the city, but it'd be less entertaining in a television show if he *didn't* stalk Haruto around the city. Although the GIF DreamSword shared from the episode probably explains that part better than my words can.

...And sure enough, that's already made explicit in Wizard right from the moment Haruto tells Rinko his powers come from the Phantom inside of him! Yet another idea that immediately drew me into the show, because I do like seeing that stuff in Rider.

That actually is news to me, if that's the case! I'm more than familiar with people's apathy towards Koyomi, but people saying bad things about Hiyori?! That's like a situation a Phantom would engineer to try and drive me to despair!

Oh, and just to pull back the curtain a bit, I had already written that part about the name before you made your post expressing basically the exact same sentiment. Made me feel like I plagiarized your opinion, but I can guarantee it's a conclusion I arrived at independently! Maybe Hurricane's coolness factor really is just *that* objectively observable.
