It's a great bike. So great, in fact, that THREE different named characters ride around on one in this episode!

I've always appreciated how beefy it is, and how, like, diegetic it is. The entire Medal System provides a context for where the bike is, how it's disappearing and appearing, and why it looks the way it does. It feels woven into the show more than later bikes -- like, immediately later; I don't recall the Fourze bikes having a ton of reason to exist.

To my knowledge, it's never addressed in the show, but my headcanon is that the Ridevendors dispense consumer goods if you put in yen, but dispense Medal System stuff if you put in Medals.
