The character writing in this show is so superb and natural and it's easily the best part of this series. A lesser show would have generated conflict by having characters who either refuse to communicate or just act wildly out of character. But instead, everyone's reactions make perfect sense while at the same time still feeling human. The character interactions are just so damn good in this series and I love that this show isn't scared to go with a slower-pace sometimes to allow the character writing to really breathe and thrive.

And I feel like despite how important every episode of this series has felt and how much we've gone through, there's still so much mystery and intrigue left. The pacing so far has been great, and I really hope this keeps up as we enter the second half.

I'm just absolutely loving everything about this show right now.
