I mean, yeah, it could be anyone in the Scissors suit -- super excited for Zanki to get to TATAKAE as a crab-themed Rider -- but there's no reason to think that it's not Actual Murderer Scissors. Don't let Rider 1 and Rider 2 off the hook by doing their explanations for them!
