The overall jointings are good. It is heavy, but you can still hold the bot by its crotch with one hand, nothing would easily fall apart... except the giant blade.
You see, the blade isn't exactly held by him. It just stands there with a handle part linking to bot's right hand. The linkage isn't a strong one, and the handle is on a ball-joint, you can pop it out with enough force. The linkage only helps to balance better. So no, the toy can't swing it like the CG does.

Problems aside, i like that the combination is about 'finished' with the 8 part form. The 12 part form mostly just gives him more weapons. Thanks for thd pics.
