[Sh Ranger]

Firstly, JAKQ's theme song is awesome! The show is deeply flawed though and I mean that in mostly an objective way that is already common knowledge. It has some fresh and cool ideas, but I guess the ratings decline is due to the weak sense of identity. Just by looking at the episode titles, we can see the feeling of inconsistency, its true face as changing as Bamba's disguises. Subjectively, I think it's a short easily digestible show with mostly enjoyable episodes and fairly decent characters, especially Higashi and Bamba. Just that the plot is too thin, with one of the least interesting villain factions. Well, not counting Crocodile Hitler of course. He's more despicable than the starfish.
