While many noble villains have committed terrible crimes in pursuit of their ideals, this usually happens when they lose faith in the world and people, so they decide to force matters. We can see how Ryugi's faith is not without reason though, as he seriously took Kinjirou's advice concerning his treatment of Hoeru and clearly understands that his noble goal doesn't make it okay for him to cause suffering to friendly rivals. He admitted to Shouko that the Gozyugers are the people he now trusts to keep him safe, so that he can pursue his goal without worry.

Ryugi seemed pretty happy while decorating the altar. Of course, the legend of Tega Sword creating a utopia without suffering sounds too good to be true, no matter how much faith Ryugi puts in it, so perhaps his salvation lies in the journey rather than the destination. After all, it was that legend that gave him the courage to run away from the place that treated him like a doll and take control of his own life. His faith won't lead him to exactly where he imagines, but it will lead him to where he belongs. Certainly, Tega Sword works in mysterious ways.

Hoeru pointing out how Bousou Redracer is indistinguishable from a No.1 Monster makes me think the similarities between Gozyuger and Bridan go deeper than the surface. If it can happen to a Universe Ranger, then the Gozyugers' wishes might not be safe from corruption either. Like, this could be bad if Sumino finds out about Rikuo's potential involvement with Oto.
