I have several new hypotheses:
- There's a possibility that Jeebh would feel alienated after having his Gavv modified with a Henshin Belt Bitter Gavv. He'd probably start to feel that he's an abnormal Granute who would be looked down upon by other normal Granutes, perhaps even treated differently. This might make him feel sympathetic for Shouma and his nature as a human-Granute hybrid. This might also cause cause him to have a change of heart and change side to Shouma's side. Jeebh was one of the only 2 characters in this story that I thought had the most potential (the other one being Lage 9), but he was completely missing for 12(!) episodes straight which totally screwed the momentum of his subplot, so giving him a redemption arc is the only last chance to give him a bit more decent development to his characterization.
- Jeebh would then realize that he (and his siblings) has been manipulated by Liselle (and Bocca) and decide to oppose her (and Bocca). It's quite likely that he'd even retaliate against her for messing up with his family, which could end up in him accidentally killing her, like I've hypothesized since my post in episode 34 thread here.
- Jeebh decision to oppose Liselle would then anger Bocca. His anger would likely reach his peak when Jeebh/KR Bitter Gavv v3.0 ends up (accidentally?) killing her. When he's overwhelmed by Bocca, Shouma/KR Gavv would arrive at the right time to help him escape. Later, Shouma/KR Gavv would fight against Bocca and gets overwhelmed, and Jeebh/KR Bitter Gavv v3.0 would decide to help Shouma/KR Gavv to repay his favor, albeit begrudgingly. It's even quite likely that Jeebh/KR Bitter Gavv v3.0 would end up getting killed by Bocca while helping Shouma/KR Gavv fight him. Jeebh's redemption arc would end with him die an ironic death helping/protecting Shouma from Bocca's finisher, completely the opposite of his initial intention of fulfilling his revenge on Shouma/KR Gavv for killing Shita at the end of episode 14.
- In anger, Bocca might then decide to invade the human world to show his and his species' superiority.
- Or maybe not. Maybe I'm 1000000000000000000% wrong on this. Maybe Jeebh would never dare to oppose Liselle/Bocca, and decided to be Liselle's cuck boy for the rest of his life, haha.
