Much of the episode is devoted to the drama of Shouma's relationship with his only human relative. Shouma is a character with flaws, and one of them is indecisiveness, especially when it comes to unpleasant truths. And this has not changed after a year of living and being a hero in the human world. Masaru's emotional reaction frightens him and makes him keep silent about the truth. Hanto tries to cheer him up, but also decides not to give him too much hope. And a new conversation with Masaru convinces Shouma to keep quiet. At least for now.
At the same time, Bocca visits the human world for an inspection. He decides that the people will go to Dark Treats, and the buildings - to feed the poor Granutes. Liesel is upset that her father doesn't see more in the human world, but not too much. Most likely, she hopes that after the capture, Bocca will leave his daughter a piece for fun. We also learn that elections are coming soon, and that is why Bocca needs mass production of Dark Treats. Lakia is the first to encounter the president and becomes a punching bag, because Bocca's minions are masters of disarmament. Later, Gavv and Valen manage to transform and have a successful, albeit difficult, fight. The spear stand was especially memorable. This show loves spectacular, risky stunts. However, one single energy strike from Bokka instantly knocks the riders out of the henshin. However, Gavv still has Over Mode in reserve.

Overall, a solid episode, ending (or rather postponing for later) the dramatic part and preparing the foundation for the final episode. I liked it.
