Kakiketsu Zubat will release on December 17, 2025 and Changerion will follow on March 25, 2026. The site notes that Changerion is an upscale (it was shot on video) whereas as Zubat is presumably a new scan from the original film masters.

It's been a long time coming, it's only been released this year
