Since you're quoting me, I just want to clarify that my feelings on Takahashi and by extension Takano's work is more indifference than anything else. I get why their works are popular and not for nothing, they do resonate with a lot of people. However, after over 10 years of watching toku, I've come to understand the type of show that I like to watch, and Takahashi shows doesn't really fall into that ballpark for me anymore.
